William Lewis

 William Lewis, a registered professional engineer in Ohio and 16 additional states, founded Lewis and Associates in 1958. He has more than 50 years of experience in plans, design, construction, maintenance and management with public utilities in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia. He has served as a consultant to the governments of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and India for their electrical utilities. He conceived the idea of a prefabricated power plant and implemented the idea with the construction of a power plant in St. Nazaire, France, transporting it across the Atlantic ocean, floating it up the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers and then installing it at the Greenup Dam.

Designed and managed the acquisition and construction of the first power project at a U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Locks and dam.
Team leader for the government of the Phillippines for supervisory control and data
acquisition systems of water systems for the city of Manila.
