Edward K. Miller

 Ed Miller was an educator for 38 years and a coach for 30 years, 26 years were spent in the Wheelersburg School system. The discipline and work ethic he instilled in his players made them successful beyond the playing field. A sports writer once wrote, “When you add together all the lives that have been touched by Ed Miller, you may come up with a much more incredible number than the 250 wins he recorded on the football field.” Ed Miller has been honored by the Ohio House of Representatives, Wheelersburg Board of Education and Southern Ohio Conference (S.O.C.) for his coaching accomplishments. He was inducted into the Ohio High School Football Coaches Association “Hall of Fame” in July 1996.
